2. Services

Elevate Digital provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Drone photography and videography
• Social media growth and management
• Digital branding and identity design
• Free website previews (no commitment required)

3. Free Website Preview

We offer a free website preview service with no commitment or payment required. This preview is provided to demonstrate our capabilities and give you an idea of what we can create for your business. You are under no obligation to proceed with a paid service after receiving a free preview.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of any paid project:

• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and approval
• Payment methods and schedules will be communicated in writing
• Prices are subject to change but will be honored for quoted projects

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services:

• You will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project
• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) may be subject to their own licenses
• Free preview materials remain the property of Elevate Digital until a paid agreement is reached

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary content, images, and materials as agreed
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope after work has begun may require a revised quote.

8. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be estimated and communicated before work begins. Delays caused by client response times or changes to scope may affect the final delivery date. We will keep you informed of any changes to the timeline.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

• Free preview requests can be cancelled at any time without penalty
• Paid projects may be cancelled with written notice
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work already completed
• Refunds for completed work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11. Warranties

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services. We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or revenue increases from our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
